Investment Banking Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Equity Capital Markets (ECM) professional to drive the execution of capital market transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, rights issues, and other equity-linked products. The role involves working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, advisors, and regulators to ensure seamless transaction execution, regulatory compliance, and successful deal completion. Key Responsibilities: Transaction Execution : Manage ECM transactions once the transaction is mandated till closing, ensuring timely and smooth execution. Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance on ECM strategies and transaction structures. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ICDR and companies Act compliances and listing rules. Market Analysis : Stay up to date on market trends, conditions, and competitor activity to inform ECM strategies. Team Collaboration: Work closely with ECM origination, syndicate, and trading teams to deliver successful transactions. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with ECM transactions. Requirements: Experience: 8+ years in ECM execution, Merchant Banking / Investment banking, Education: CA / MBA Finance Skills: Strong knowledge of ECM products, transaction structures, and regulatory requirements.
