Investment Advisor & Operations Manager . Miami, FL. Conduct portfolio anlys, create financial models, prep equity memoranda. Lead structuring & closing of commercial acquisitions. Anlyz borrower & 3rd party reports, eval creditworthiness, & perf cash flow & feasibility assessments. Implmnt portfolio mgmt systs & automate workflows. Ensure compliance w/ SEC, FINRA, & internal stndrds. Advise high-net-worth clients on investments, refinancing, tax strategy, & int'l wealth structuring. Report to Felix Segura & support biz dvlpment initiatives in Guatemala & Central America, incl strategic growth & annual portfolio reviews.
