Position: Senior Inventory and Warehousing Manager Location: Onsite in Austin, TX Compensation Package: Competitive salary with equity, full benefits including medical, dental, 401K, and flexible PTO. We’re looking for a Sr. Inventory and Warehousing Manager to oversee all aspects of parts and product inventory, including tracking, storage, and transportation. This leader will manage large-scale inventory flows, implement scalable systems, and drive automation and process improvements to optimize efficiency, safety, and speed. Key Responsibilities: Maintain inventory accuracy and availability through collaboration with procurement, planning, and quality teams, including forecasting, vendor coordination, and loss reduction. Lead warehouse and logistics teams, set goals, assign tasks, and manage performance. Oversee shipping, receiving, and incoming quality inspections Maintain clear documentation and training materials. Partner with internal teams to develop tools, automation, and process improvements for accurate tracking and delivery. Drive continuous improvement of KPIs.
Manage inventory cycle counts to support financial reporting and operational accuracy. Identify gaps and implement improvements to enhance service quality, efficiency, and inventory accuracy. Qualifications: 10+ years in supply chain, inventory, or project management Experience with ERP or enterprise-level tracking systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Advanced Excel, database, and data analysis skills, with ability to translate insights into actions Experience optimizing inventory processes, semi-automation, or order management improvements Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills Comfortable leading in ambiguous environments while managing strategic and tactical initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
