(INV) Senior Manager, Databricks AI & Data Client Solutions Lead, TC UKI

Overview

In EY’s AI & Data Practice, you will lead Databricks-led data and AI client solutions at scale, shaping propositions and guiding delivery across roles from boardroom to engineering. You will build production-grade data, analytics and GenAI capabilities, and drive transformation programs for clients. This role combines consulting, technology, and strategic alliances to push Databricks-powered outcomes.

You’ll help grow the practice and establish EY as a leading Databricks partner with impactful, measurable results.

• Engage with senior stakeholders to identify problems and define Databricks-led solution designs, prototypes, and proof points
• Shape end-to-end solutions using the Databricks Intelligence Platform, Delta Lake, Spark, Unity Catalog, Workflows, Delta Live Tables / Lakeflow pipelines, MLflow, Feature Store, Model Serving and Mosaic AI
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Databricks engineers and consultants
• Land in client environments, translate pain into prototypes, align stakeholders, and mobilize delivery with a trained team
• Ensure delivery of complex Databricks-led transformations including data platform modernization, data products, AI solutions, governance and operating models
• Provide governance oversight for architecture reviews and key design decisions
• Collaborate with Databricks alliance leadership to identify and execute joint GTM opportunities and co-sell initiatives
• Develop a strong Databricks opportunity pipeline with account and sector leaders
• Contribute to revenue growth and sales targets through differentiated propositions and industry expertise

• Extensive experience in consulting, technology advisory or data transformation roles
• Advanced Databricks Partner Champion certifications
• Deep expertise across the Databricks ecosystem and related tools
• Proven track record delivering large-scale data and technology transformation programs
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, consultants, delivery professionals)
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Commercial mindset with experience supporting sales, pipeline development and revenue growth
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
