As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will combine global mobility expertise, people leadership, and stakeholder management to drive meaningful business impact worldwide.
Tasks & Responsibilities
As an International Mobility Team Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of Global Mobility professionals, fostering engagement, accountability, high performance, and continuous development.
- Driving the management of complex international assignments, transfers, and mobility programs, while ensuring exceptional employee experience and operational excellence.
- Partnering with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to deliver effective mobility solutions, provide strategic guidance, and proactively manage and resolve complex mobility-related issues.
- Driving process standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
- Overseeing global mobility vendors and service providers across tax, immigration, relocation, and compliance activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Ensuring compliance with immigration, tax, social security, employment law, and data privacy requirements across multiple jurisdictions, while ensuring that assignments are managed and administered in accordance with global mobility policies and governance standards
About our future employee
You should have proven experience managing international assignments and global mobility programs within a regional or global organization. You should have demonstrated leadership experience (min. 2 years), including developing teams, managing performance, and leading through change.
Additionally, we are looking for
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills combined with resilience, drive, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Business-fluent English and the ability to thrive in a complex global matrix environment.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Law, or a related field.
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of expatriate taxation, immigration, social security, or international employment regulations.
- Experience leading process transitions, standardization, automation, or transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Global Mobility technology platforms and HR systems.
