Internal Sales

I’m looking for an Internal Sales Specialist for a leading hardware company based in Lisburn. You will be part of the wider Sales team and help support the growth and development of the company. Key Responsibilities Making outbound telephone and email sales to promote existing and new products, special offers and discontinued stock Upselling and maximising the value of the orders with existing clients Processing orders Liaising with customers to inform them of any order discrepancies or stock issues and offer a suitable alternative product where necessary Provide internal sales support to the Field Sales Representatives Key requirements: Experience in a similar internal sales or customer service role Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team Able to use own initiative and make informed decisions Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
