Top Recruit are recruiting for an experienced Head of Sales to join an extremely successful travel business. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background in travel and a passion for driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets Drive growth across Business Travel, Marine, Groups, MICE & Leisure sectors Coach and develop a high-performing sales team Take ownership of key opportunities โ€“ prospecting, pitching and closing deals Build and improve sales processes, pipeline management and conversion activity Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns and lead generation activity Monitor CRM performance, reporting and sales KPIs Identify new business opportunities and target markets Skills & Experience: 4+ years in a senior Sales, Commercial or Marketing leadership role Previous experience within a Travel Management Company (TMC) or corporate travel environment Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and winning new business Experience leading and developing teams Strong CRM, pipeline management and reporting knowledge Hands-on approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills About You: Commercially driven and results-focused Proactive, hands-on leader who leads by example Strong strategic and operational mindset Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Collaborative with a practical approach to problem solving If you're a motivated sales leader looking for your next challenge within the travel sector, we'd love to hear from you.
