You will support the Resourcing Manager in delivering end-to-end recruitment across Property, Central Services, Customer Services and Development.This is a varied and fast-paced role where youll manage daily recruitment activity, improve adverts, and use your creativity to attract candidates through campaigns, job fairs and innovative sourcing approaches. Youll think outside the box to attract talent, whilst working collaboratively with internal teams to support social value and build strong relationships across the business. Youll also play a key role in sourcing direct hires and reducing reliance on agencies through innovative attraction strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment, from briefing through to onboardingPartner with hiring managers, ensuring adherence to recruitment processesCreate and enhance engaging job adverts and attraction campaignsWork with external job boards and recruitment suppliers where neededProactively and reactively manage recruitment briefs and vacanciesDeliver a positive candidate experience from application through to onboardingPlan and attend assessment days, helping to identify the best talentPromote MTVHs values of care, dare and collaborate throughout the recruitment process About YouTo succeed in this role, you will be highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high volumes, whilst adhering to legislative requirements.You will also have:Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsGood IT literacy, including basic Excel and Microsoft 365 tools (Oracle experience desirable)A good understanding of recruitment and general HRGCSE-level education (or equivalent experience/qualification such as CIPD Level 2, AREC or above)Strong written and spoken English
