State-of-the-art facilities and equipment Benefits and Features : Base Salary: starting at $265,000.00 / year Salary Guarantee: A two-year salary guarantee is provided for physicians. Productivity & Incentive Bonuses: Opportunity for additional compensation if calculated wRVU Compensation exceeds the base compensation at fiscal year end (July-June). Additional incentive compensation opportunities for meeting core performance expectations (documentation, meeting attendance, patient access, new patient access, hospital follow-up access).

Commencement Bonus: A one-time Commencement Bonus is possible. Loan Repayment: Possible student loan assistance, especially relevant for PSLF program eligibility (501(c)3 organization). Such payment shall be made directly to the financial institution.

Job/Practice Description: Full-time - Saginaw, MI Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician Provide direct primary medical care to all patients with the highest medical standards and ethics in a caring, nurturing atmosphere Outpatient practice settings with a robust employed hospitalist program in place Several subspecialists are part of the medical staff, including a number of surgical specialties, and pediatric subspecialties Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements. Typical schedule is 4.5 days per week, with 36 patient contact hours and 4 administrative hours. Flexibility for a 4-day work week may be available depending on other providers.

Basic clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 8 AM - 4:30 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) and Friday 8 AM - 12 PM, though some variability exists based on clinic and provider needs. No mandated Saturday or evening requirements at this time. Call Arrangement:
