About the role
As a Interior Designer at Unfold, you’ll work closely with the design team in shaping the creative direction for projects. From understanding client briefs to building concepts, visual narratives, and presentations you’ll play an active role in bringing ideas to life. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure not just to design, but also to execution, coordination, and real-world project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the conceptual design process for assigned projects.
- Translate briefs into zoning layouts, mood boards, sketches, and spatial concepts.
- Use Revit to develop concept-level 3D models and visuals.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Presentation Design teams for client pitches.
- Research global design trends, materials, and finishes to inspire fresh ideas.
- Develop design decks, material palettes, and visual direction aligned with brand and client vision.
- Coordinate with execution teams to ensure the design intent is preserved during delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Spatial Design.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in concept or design development (retail, hospitality, or workspace interiors). • Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
- Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
- Strong visualization, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of materials, detailing, and construction feasibility.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
