About you
- Recent graduates or candidates who have completed CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, engineering, or a related operational sector is advantageous
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities proactively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel between multiple sites
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with onsite presence required four days a week
Nice to have skills
- Previous experience in an HR role within unionised environments or industrial settings
- Experience supporting employee relations or HR projects
- Knowledge of HR systems and digital record-keeping tools
Preferred education and experience
- Recent graduates or CIPD Level 3 qualified professionals
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or engineering sectors is desirable but not essential
Other requirements
- Driving licence due to travel requirements
- Flexible approach to working hours to support operational needs
- Willingness to support various HR initiatives and site visits
