We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Insurance Sales to lead our insurance business growth. The ideal candidate will drive sales strategy, manage sales performance, build insurance partnerships, and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute insurance sales strategies
Drive revenue growth across insurance products
Manage and mentor sales teams
Build relationships with insurance partners and customers

Ensure compliance and operational excellence
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in Insurance Sales/Business Development
Proven experience in team management and achieving targets
Strong understanding of insurance products and distribution channels
