Offaly (Nationwide Travel Required) Salary: €50,000 Basic Salary + Up to €35,000 Annual Bonus Vehicle: Company Hyundai Tucson Commercial Vehicle Provided Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm No Weekend Work Flexistaff is currently recruiting an Installation Technician to join a dynamic engineering team specialising in the installation of automated warehousing systems, robotics, and advanced automation equipment throughout Ireland. This Installation Technician role offers the opportunity to work on major projects for leading multinational companies in high-demand manufacturing and logistics environments.

The successful Installation Technician will work as part of a team of 3-4 engineers, carrying out mechanical and electrical installations to the highest standards of quality and safety. While the position is based in Tullamore, projects are located nationwide. Regular travel is required, and overnight stays may be necessary.

Hotel accommodation will be fully provided when projects are located a significant distance from home. Key Responsibilities Install automated warehousing equipment and robotic systems at customer sites across Ireland. Carry out mechanical assembly, installation, and electrical works.

Read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans. Assist with testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting equipment. Maintain high levels of precision and workmanship on all installations.

Adhere to strict health and safety procedures on customer sites. Work closely with engineers, project managers, and site personnel to ensure projects are completed successfully. Requirements Previous experience in a mechanical and electrical installation role.

Strong practical engineering and problem-solving skills. Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, automation, or construction environments is desirable. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Willingness to travel throughout Ireland and stay away from home when required. Full clean driving licence. Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
