Inside Sales Specialist

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Ambli, Ahmedabad Description: We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive responsible for driving lead generation, qualification, and conversion through digital and e-commerce channels. The role requires strong communication, negotiation capabilities, and ownership of the end-to-end sales lifecycle to support business growth across domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified domestic and international leads through bulk emailing, online databases, e-commerce platforms, market research, and social media channels.

Identify, screen, and qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess business potential and conversion feasibility. Manage the complete sales cycle — from inquiry handling, requirement understanding, quotation sharing, negotiation, to deal closure. Engage with prospects across various e-commerce and digital platforms to drive new business opportunities.

Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships to improve conversion ratios and repeat business. Execute pricing discussions and commercial negotiations aligned with organizational objectives. Promote company offerings through platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook, ensuring improved visibility and engagement.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, customer interactions, and status updates in internal trackers/CRM. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sales coordination. Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Hands-on experience in lead generation and inside sales. Exposure to e-commerce platforms and digital sales channels. Negotiation and closure-driven mindset.

Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize opportunities effectively.
