Enterprise Solutions Sales Lead

Location: Chandigarh (Extensive Travel) About the Role We’re looking for a commercially strong, consultative sales professional to build and own enterprise sales at Innovantes. This is not a mass lead-gen role. You will: open the right conversations with enterprise clients lead discovery discussions shape opportunities with pre-sales drive deals to closure grow accounts over time You’ll be selling business solutions across: Analytics & BI (Power BI, data platforms) Custom applications & web platforms Data integration & automation AI/ML-led solutions What You’ll Own Opportunity Creation (Quality > Volume) Identify and open conversations in targeted enterprise and mid-market accounts Leverage your network, referrals, and insight-led outreach Full Sales Cycle Run discovery conversations independently Frame business problems and commercial impact Collaborate with pre-sales to shape solutions Drive proposals, negotiations, and closures Account Growth Convert POCs into long-term engagements Identify expansion opportunities within clients Deal Leadership Lead meetings confidently (not just set them up) Handle objections and define next steps Maintain deal momentum end-to-end What This Role Is NOT Not a bulk outreach / SDR role Not a marketing/content role Not a technical architect role Not dependent on founder-led selling You are expected to own conversations and drive deals independently .

What We’re Looking For 5–10+ years in enterprise / solution / consulting sales Experience selling IT services, analytics, or digital solutions Strong ability to engage CXOs and senior stakeholders Proven ability to open doors and close complex deals Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, solution-led environment Strong Fit Backgrounds IT services / system integrator sales Analytics / BI / data consulting ERP / enterprise solution partners Automotive / manufacturing tech solutions
