Job Title: Inside Sales Intern Location: 2nd Floor, Plot No. 21, Electrical, Electronics & Instruments Industries, Perungudi, Sholinganallur, Seevaram, OMR, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600096 Duration: 3 Months Stipend: ₹7,000 per month Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Intern to support our sales team. The role involves engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth through effective communication and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups Maintain and update daily call reports and sales data Achieve daily targets for connected calls and conversions Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients Coordinate with the sales team for closures and handovers Requirements: Strong communication and convincing skills Good verbal and written communication Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) Target-oriented with a proactive approach Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure Preferred Candidate Profile: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Interest in sales, Cold-calling, or customer interaction roles Benefits: Hands-on experience in inside sales and client interaction Exposure to real-time sales processes and targets Skill development in communication, negotiation, and persuasion Internship completion certificate upon successful completion Opportunity for full-time employment based on performance
