Job Description
CERTEX USA – Broussard, Louisiana is looking for an experienced Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position at our Broussard facility serving the Lafayette and surrounding South Louisiana market.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands sales, and wants to be part of a strong industrial business. Experience in industrial sales, oil & gas, construction, rigging, safety products, industrial supply, or a related field is a plus.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working directly with customers to understand their needs
- Preparing quotes and processing orders
- Providing product and technical information
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Following up on quotes, orders, and customer needs
- Cross‑selling and identifying additional sales opportunities
- Working closely with our outside sales, warehouse, and fabrication teams
- Assisting with shipping, receiving, and inventory when needed
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable working with computers and business software
- Able to work independently while still being part of a team
- Someone who is energetic, motivated, and willing to learn

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
