Job Description
Hands on experience in ITSM and integration, ITOM . • Knowledge on ITOM design & implementation • Able to recommend or change changes in existing codes using business rules / client script/ UI policies/ schedule jobs • Knowledge on ServiceNow upgrades and its maintenance of the instance • Scripting skills: JavaScript & good to have or understanding of PowerShell & bash • Knowledge on working with mid servers (Windows & Linux) for discovery issues and for integrations • Certifications: ITSM & CAD; good to have ITOM Responsibilities includes but not limited to • Integration Design: Defines goals and determines the need for integrations based on business outcomes. • Implementation: Uses various technologies (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.) to connect ServiceNow with external systems. • Maintenance: Ensures integrations are maintained and updated as needed to support ongoing business processes • Perform the day-to-day development or operational works and guide the team on development phase in case of any issues • Need to give updates to Client manager for the ongoing and upcoming works or any roadblocks in status call • Need to discuss with multiple stakeholders on infra process improvement by levering the ServiceNow functions and recommend new functionality scope with the ServiceNow. • Point of contact for all infra domain leads and for their concerns. • Perform the instance sanity checks regularly to ensure existing integration or functions were up and running fine. • perform the clone or upgrade or patches of the instance and its maintenance • Need to present ot the client manager on QAP and PPT presentation on past works happened and upcoming roadmap for the team • Perform the regular checks on the ITOM licenses within threshold
