Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, ensuring it remains up to date and compliant with company standards;
- Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits, ensuring process compliance;
- Monitor quality-related metrics, KPIs, and process performance indicators;
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of procedures, work instructions, and corporate documentation;
- Promote quality policies, guidelines, and best practices across the organization;
- Manage corrective and preventive action plans, ensuring timely implementation and effectiveness;
- Consolidate management reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes;
- Support management system review meetings, including documentation and follow-up of action items;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting process standardization and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements;
- Provide support to cross-functional teams on quality and compliance-related matters.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or a related field;
- Advanced English proficiency for interaction with stakeholders and technical documentation review;
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments and team leadership;
- Knowledge of management systems, auditing processes, and continuous improvement methodologies;
- Experience in analyzing and implementing KPIs, performance indicators, and action plans;
- Understanding of operational excellence methodologies and process management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Management, Quality, Engineering, Business, or related fields;
- Certifications or additional training in management system auditing;
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Project Management, and Industry 4.0 concepts;
- Experience working with ERP systems in an industrial environment;
- Background in manufacturing companies or highly regulated operations;
- Experience with regulatory requirements, certifications, and compliance frameworks.
