Industrial Maintenance Technician

As a part of our Engineering & Maintenance team, the Industrial Maintenance Technician will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing operations. This position requires a skilled individual who can ensure the optimal performance of our industrial equipment, aiding in our mission to nourish and sustain the global community through advanced technological solutions and dedicated service.

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, providing immediate solutions and minimizing downtime. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine efficiency and reliability.

Document maintenance actions, creating reports and maintaining accurate records of machine service history. Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment. Assist in the installation of new manufacturing equipment and systems.

Provide technical support and guidance to other maintenance staff. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) is preferred. OSHA Safety Certification.
