Job Description Logistics Planning Communicate and provide production plan for the manufacturing team to execute, transmit levelling plan and monitor deviations and report deviations, report Production fulfilment and notify in case of deviations to manager Compliance Management Manage commercial processes to be legally compliant with internal guidelines Viz: OMP (Bosch India) central directives and external laws namely foreign trade customs and taxation laws Digitization Define and implement digital projects to have an error free operations Relationship Management Co-ordinate with procurement planners for timely receipt of materials and with manufacturing PPC for timely receipt of materials Process expert Contribute as a Process expert for SAP, system updations and usage of digital tools in PPC area Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical or industrial production) Experience : 5 - 8 years work experience in a production planning role Knowledge : Competent Production planning knowledge and understanding of lean concept Competent Knowledge of Inventory (WIP) Competent Knowledge of lean manufacturing like BPS or TPS Functional Skills: ERP skills like SAP with expertise in Material Management and Production Planning modules Leveling tools like ProCon or Niv+. Effective communication skills (English and local language) Additional Information The purpose of this position is to provide a production plan to manufacturing and procurement team to ensure timely production fulfillment while serving as a process expert for usage of digital tools in the Production planning area.
