In-House Content Creator

About The Role

If you're the person who notices viral trends before your friends do, films everything on your phone, has opinions on camera angles, and thinks "this would make a great Reel" at least five times a day, we should probably talk.

As our In-House Content Creator, you'll be the person behind (and sometimes in front of) the camera, creating fun, relatable, trend-driven content for our dessert brand.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging Instagram Reels and other content regularly.
• Shoot content using a phone.
• Brainstorm content ideas with the marketing team.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, memes, and audio.
• Appear in videos whenever required.
• Coordinate with chefs and the marketing team for product shoots.
• Create UGC-style content that feels authentic and entertaining.
• Assist during product launches, campaigns, and festive shoots.
• Edit short-form videos using apps like CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.
• Help build a strong, relatable brand personality online.

Whom We're Looking For

• Naturally creative with a good eye for aesthetics.
• Active Instagram user who understands internet culture.
• Good understanding of trending formats and storytelling.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Can shoot clean, high-quality content using a phone.
• Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
• Loves desserts (not mandatory, but highly recommended).

Bonus Points If You Have

• Have your own content page or portfolio.
• Have experience creating viral or high-performing content.
• Understand Gen Z humour and culture.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience (freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).
• Portfolio or Instagram account showcasing your content.
• Based in or willing to work from our office (full-time).
