Key Responsibilities - Prepare, control, and distribute all required air and ocean import documentation in a timely fashion to appropriate parties (i.e. delivery orders, arrival notice, etc.) - Ensure system information match with actual documentation - Communicate with air and ocean carriers, origin and destination locations regarding shipment status, special handling, and delivery of freight - Mediate delivery requirements and shipment tracking between customers, truckers, brokers, warehouses, and vendors to ensure proper delivery - Ensure accuracy and completeness of import documentation - Act as an operational liaison with customer to provide excellent, professional customer service - Coordinate truck deliveries with dispatch team - Handle order fulfillment operations, billing, and customer service functions in a timely manner Requirements - Associates Degree (minimum); Bachelors Degree (preferred) - 1 years of experience in handling customer service (preferred) - 1 years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain (preferred) - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) - Speaks Korean (mandatory)
