The Role The Role As an Implementation Director - Nursing at Abridge, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and implementation of the Abridge Nursing product with our customers.

You will be the primary point of contact for our valued partners and drive seamless project execution. You’ll use your exceptional communication skills as you work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time, while exceeding user needs and expectations. Ideally, you thrive in a startup environment with a culture that sees obstacles as opportunities, has a bias toward execution, is curious, and helps teammates succeed.

Must be able to go into our Chicago (Wicker Park) office 3x/week. What You’ll Do Lead customer implementations and serve as the primary point of contact for Abridge's partners during initial deployments. Instill confidence, drive on-time implementations with high NPS, and ensure pilots convert to full enterprise partnerships.

Own the creation, coordination, and execution of project plans in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams. Lead through each project phase, including kickoffs, technical configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live, and post-live stabilization. Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Set the standard for communication; report project progress and issues to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner. Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans with strategic partners, track issues, triage, and drive toward daily testing goals. Collaborate with support and operations to identify and implement process and tool improvements in a dynamic environment.

Participate in creating repeatable processes that scale with growing concurrent implementations. What You’ll Bring Track record of driving successful healthcare technology implementation projects from initiation to completion. Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize information concisely.

Highly organized and detail oriented; able to manage multiple priorities with quality. Speed-oriented, action-driven, and focused on continuous process improvement and precision. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure lasting partnerships.

Ability to anticipate issues early and propose solutions. Creative and scrappy with problem-solving, conflict resolution, and bias to action. 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on software deployment in B2B settings. Experience implementing electronic record systems and leading build/testing phases; Epic is a definite plus.

Bonus points if... Familiarity with systems requiring strict privacy and security protocols. Knowledge of tiered support organizations and escalation protocols.
