You'll work directly with top pharma organizations, designing and building solutions that meet our customers' needs. What makes us different:High Trust, Ownership & Autonomy: Passion and effort directly lead to opportunities and real ownership from the startCollaboration without competition: peers root for each other’s success, leadership is entirely accessible, and we tackle complex problems with a strict "no-ego" approachMeaningful Industry Impact: know your work makes a difference, by helping life sciences companies operate more efficiently and effectivelyThe role is ideally based in the area of a Veeva office (Barcelona, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin, Milan, Budapest), but other EU locations will be considered.Full right to work in the country of application is required. What You'll DoImplement Veeva Solutions: Participate in one or multiple Veeva product implementation or migration projects covering autonomously the assigned role (such as configuration specialist, functional analyst, solution architect or project manager: you’ll take different roles on different projects)Configure and Customize: Get hands-on with Vault CRM, configuring and customizing solutions to meet our clients' specific needsLead Client Engagements: Take ownership of client-facing activities, including leading workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions. You will guide clients through the implementation process, from initial design to final deliveryProvide Expert Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting the optimization and harmonization of their business processes. You will translate complex requirements into scalable solution designsRequirementsDemonstrated 3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent experienceDemonstrated ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationshipsStrong presentation skills Able to travel approximately 20%  Fluent in English (written and spoken)Nice to HaveVeeva or Salesforce.com certification and implementation experiencesExperience working with the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health or an adjacent industryExperience working on projects with a global scope or with international teamsExperience with software from other vendors (IQVIA, SAP, CVENT, etc)Additional European language ( French, German, Spanish, or Italian)Interviewing with VeevaWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
