Archdesk replaces that patchwork with one platform that connects everything: cost control, scheduling, procurement, site records and reporting, giving contractors real-time command over projects worth hundreds of millions. As an Implementation Consultant, you'll work directly with the companies building all of it, taking contractors from chaos to clarity on some of the largest projects in the world. We're one product, built in-house by one team across London, Kraków and Dubai.

We work hybrid from our new Kraków office, coming together as a team at least two days a week. Technical Implementation Consultant Every customer's journey with Archdesk starts the same way: a system that's brand new to them, and a business that can't afford to pause while they figure it out.
That's where you come in. You'll take ownership of each customer's configuration from day one, shaping the platform around how they actually build so with time it doesn't feel like new software but it is an integral part to how they operate. What you'll actually be doing Configuring the software and making sure implementation actually lands, not just launches Digging into the data a customer gives you to check it's clean, complete, and ready to go in Running training sessions on custom setups, so teams aren't just handed a tool, they know how to use it Helping customers get real value out of the platform and hit the outcomes they signed up for Solving problems as they come up, technical or otherwise Keeping an eye on customer accounts to catch satisfaction dips before they become churn risk Managing technical queries throughout implementation, start to finish Feeding customer requirements back to Product and Engineering, and keeping them aligned with the roadmap Pitching in on internal process improvements with the rest of the Implementation Team About you Sharp analytical and problem-solving instincts Confident communicating directly with customers A customer-centric mindset, you think in terms of the value they're getting, not just the ticket you're closing Solid understanding of software development and the SaaS model Good technical skills, and the knack for explaining complex software simply Real attention to detail Proactive, we'll support you with what you need, but you should be comfortable structuring your own day A strong work ethic and good self-organisation, this is a hybrid role, so you'll manage your own workload across in-office and remote time Nice to have Experience implementing ERP or project management software (or similar) Construction industry experience Advanced Excel skills Basic coding skills Abstract data modeling ability What you'll get Company share options, every employee has a real path to becoming a shareholder A real impact in an international, fast-growing company A startup environment where you can actually shape how things get done A team that has your back while you grow Genuine investment in your development training, courses, room to build new skills Ownership and accountability, without the layers of bureaucracy that usually come with it Flexible working hours A team that celebrates wins together (yes, that includes company events)
