Nexus3P Foundation a Section 8 non-profit bridging deep-tech innovation with impact capital, is seeking four ambitious individuals ready to make a real impact for our North Delhi based office. Whether you are a final-year student, a recent graduate, an early-career professional, or someone re-entering the workforce after a career break, this is more than just a job. It is a launchpad.

We don't just hire; we invest in you. We will mentor you, develop your skills, and match you with projects perfectly aligned to your unique strengths and our core investment thesis: leveraging deep tech (AI, Biotech, Blockchain, IoT) to solve critical challenges in health, environment, agriculture, and education.

Who We Are Looking For

Look, we have already designated you for a future role. Depending on your own self-assessment, you may choose one of the following two tracks:

1. Startup Charity Founders

Are you an aspiring social entrepreneur? We want visionaries eager to turn bold ideas into sustainable, mission-driven organizations from the ground up. If you dream of building solutions for pollution mitigation, sustainable agriculture, or societal impact, this is your starting line.

2. Coalition Builders & Intrapreneurs

Are you a natural connector? We need dynamic individuals who thrive at bringing diverse people, technologies, evangelists, and organizations together to amplify collective impact. You will help build the bridges that turn great ideas into scalable realities.
