RN - Unit Manager | Travel/Contract Location: Jersey Shore, PA 17740 Duration: 09 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Weekly Pay: $2,080 - $2,240 Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the nursing unit. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff. Oversee patient care delivery and implement care plans. Conduct patient assessments and ensure high-quality interventions. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Requirements: Active Pennsylvania RN License. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher. 3-5 years of clinical experience, including at least 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
