Role: IBM File gateway Administration
Location: Chennai, Pune
Exp: 7-12 yrs

Must Have Skills:
- Experience on Fortra Global Scape, JAMS and Go anywhere.
- Strong experience in IBM sterling Filegateway, Integrator, Global Mailbox, Control centre.
- Strong experience in IBM sterling Installation, upgrade, configuration activities.
- Experience on Fortra Global Scape and Go anywhere.
- Knowledge on Linux, Windows commands.
- Troubleshoot issues related to IBM sterling and its components, system and network connectivity.
- Open for 24/7 support and on-call support.
Good to have:
- Strong interpersonal skills; role will require engagement with a varied and global internal customers.
- Documentation skills and python, PowerShell scripting knowledge is required.
