Job Description
IAM/IGA Process Understanding: access request/approval/fulfillment, JML basics, entitlement/role concepts, least privilege SailPoint IIQ Usage (Operational): navigate IIQ, interpret request states, campaign states, basic task/job outcomes; support users and collect evidence Manual Fulfillment / Provisioning: execute manual provisioning steps, evidence capture, and traceability Reconciliation Activities: run reconciliation, interpret results, identify mismatches, raise follow-ups and remediation tickets Audit Evidence Support: collect/provide evidence (tickets, approvals, provisioning proof, campaign artifacts, reconciliation outputs) with consistency and quality IIQ / IAM Data Awareness: understands what key artifacts mean (requests, certifications, exceptions, events) and how to interpret them
