Experience: 5+ years Shift time: 2 PM - 11 PM IST Required Qualifications Education in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. 4+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM), IT compliance, IT risk, information security, or access controls monitoring within a large enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and/or Azure AD / Entra ID , including user and group access management, role-based access concepts, and access provisioning/deprovisioning processes. Demonstrated proficiency with SQL for querying, analyzing, and reconciling large access-related datasets to support control monitoring, exception identification, and review validation. Working knowledge of cloud IAM principles in a large enterprise environment, including least privilege, role-based access control, privileged access, federated identity, service accounts, and periodic access recertification.
Experience supporting and executing user access reviews / access certifications , including population validation, reviewer support, exception tracking, escalation, and remediation follow-up. Strong understanding of access management controls and related compliance requirements, including joiner/mover/leaver processes, privileged access, orphan/stale accounts, and segregation of duties risk. Experience maintaining control evidence, procedures, and issue documentation in a manner that is clear, complete, and audit-ready.
Ability to assess access-related exceptions, determine control impact, and communicate risk and remediation requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with experience managing recurring review cycles and working across compliance, security, technology, and business teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting quarterly user access reviews and/or cloud access reviews in a complex, multi-platform enterprise environment.
Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP , specifically at the identity, role, and access governance layer. Experience with IAM governance, compliance monitoring, or control testing related to enterprise applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments. Knowledge of ITGCs, audit support, and regulatory/compliance expectations related to access management controls.
Experience working with automated access review, ticketing, or governance tooling.
