Responsibility:
Perform advanced hydrogeological and/or hydraulic modellingTake technical responsibility in selected projects and ensure high-quality deliverablesWork in multidisciplinary teamsPrepare technical documentation and design calculationsProvide specialist input throughout different project phasesSupport internal teams and contribute to knowledge and sharing best practiceMentor junior engineers and support competence developmentContribute to development of design methods and engineering practicesQualifications
Qualifications
We expect that you have:
Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Hydrogeology, Hydrology or equivalentMinimum 10 years of experience in hydrology or hydrogeology engineeringAt least 5 years of experience in hydrology or hydrogeology modelingProven experience in groundwater or hydraulic modelingExperience in setting up, calibrating and evaluating numerical modelsGood understanding of hydrogeological processes in soil and rock environmentsExperience working with GIS tools ( ArcGIS, QGIS)Experience in numerical modelling tools ( MODFLOW, FEFLOW, SEEP/W, HEC-RAS)Experience in evaluation and interpretation of hydrogeological field tests ( slug tests and pumping tests using Aqtesolv or similar tools)Strong proficiency in English, with ability to work with non-English ( Swedish) source material using AI-based translation toolsWe appreciate if you have:
Experience with Swedish geology and geotechnical conditionsExperience with CAD/BIM tools ( AutoCAD, Quadri)Experience from international projectsExperience handling and structuring groundwater data and databases ( time series, monitoring data)Additional Information
