Hybrid Role- Delivery Driver/ Store Hand

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Hybrid Role - Delivery Driver/Store Hand to join our dynamic team. This versatile position combines the excitement of delivering goods directly to customers with the hands-on responsibilities of supporting store operations. As a key member of our team, you will ensure timely deliveries, maintain excellent communication with customers, and assist with warehouse tasks to keep our store running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van or commercial vehicle to deliver products to customers across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Assist in loading and unloading goods, including heavy lifting, to ensure accurate and damage-free deliveries
• Communicate effectively with customers upon delivery, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns
• Support store operations by organizing stock, replenishing shelves, and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure safety and compliance
• Follow delivery schedules precisely, managing time efficiently to meet customer expectations
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate daily tasks and improve overall store and delivery operations

Experience

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is highly preferred
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record; experience driving vans or similar vehicles is advantageous
• Warehouse experience including heavy lifting, stocking, or inventory management is a plus
• Strong communication skills for interacting professionally with customers and team members
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to driving and warehouse work is desirable
