Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients from the German market, understanding their needs and providing tailored service solutions.
  • Manage a high volume of accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional service and sales support.
  • Drive revenue growth by effectively selling and convincing clients, using strong sales techniques.
  • Work with performance targets and KPIs to consistently meet or exceed objectives.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience in a field that demonstrates transferable skills.
  • C2 level of German and a high level of English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven sales experience, with the ability to win people over and convince clients rapidly.
  • Strong resilience and the ability to handle a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Experience working with targets and achieving high‑volume sales results.
  • Prior experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving client issues and enhancing their experience, is highly valued.
  • Strong customer‑facing experience, particularly in a service‑focused capacity.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a changing environment, adapting to new challenges and priorities.
