Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HW Board Design Technical Lead to lead the design and development of complex high-speed embedded hardware platforms for automotive and industrial applications. The role requires strong expertise in hardware architecture, PCB design, high-speed interface implementation, board bring-up, validation, and technical leadership. The candidate should be capable of independently driving projects from requirements to product realization while mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hardware design activities from requirement analysis to product release.
• Define system and board-level architecture for high-speed embedded hardware platforms.
• Design and develop Analog, Digital, and Mixed-Signal circuits.
• Perform schematic capture, design reviews, and PCB layout guidance.
• Lead board bring-up, debugging, validation, and root cause analysis.
• Implement and validate high-speed interfaces and communication protocols.
• Conduct signal integrity, thermal, and power analysis to ensure robust product design.
• Prepare design documentation, engineering reports, test plans, and customer presentations.
• Collaborate with FPGA, Firmware, Mechanical, and Validation teams for system integration.
• Manage technical risks, reviews, and design compliance activities.
• Drive small to medium-sized projects independently while mentoring junior engineers.

• Strong experience in Embedded Hardware Design and Product Development.

PCB Design

• Multi-layer High-Speed PCB Design.

FPGA & Processor-Based Design

• FPGA-based hardware design and integration.

• Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer usage.
• Signal Integrity troubleshooting.
