Key Responsibilities
P&L and Business Management
- Own and manage revenue portfolio with full accountability for revenue, margin, profitability, utilization, and growth.
- Drive delivery-led growth through account mining, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities.
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with organizational objectives and ANZ market priorities.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and governance reviews.
Strategic Leadership and Transformation
- Develop and execute long-term delivery strategies to support business growth and market expansion.
- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives focused on cloud, AI, automation, modernization, and operational efficiency.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and technology disruptions.
- Partner with sales and industry leaders to shape strategic deals and transformation programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 17-25 years of progressive leadership experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Digital Transformation organizations.
