Job overview:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain motors and HVAC systems to keep equipment running at peak performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize system reliability.
• Complete work orders, communicate repair status, and help maintain a safe, efficient facility.
