ABOUT THE ROLE
The Human Resources Intern will support the SA Fulfillment HRBP team in several HR activities, including onboarding, employee engagement, internal communications, training support, and HRBP routines.
This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different areas of Human Resources while working closely with experienced HRBP professionals in a fast-paced and multicultural environment, supporting over 200 employees.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about HR, eager to learn, proactive, and interested in building a long-term career in the field.
This role will be based in São Paulo.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support new hire onboarding activities, including system access, HR Hub announcements, and welcome initiatives;
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events;
- Help design and manage the Monthly Engagement Calendar;
- Support internal communications by drafting announcements, creating content, and updating HR Hub publications;
- Assist with the organization of key meetings and HR routines;
- Support training activities, including attendance tracking, feedback collection, and post-training reports;
- Maintain and update HR documents, reports, and trackers to ensure information is accurate and up to date;
- Support the HRBP team with ad-hoc HR projects and basic data analysis as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree;
- Strong interest in Human Resources;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese;
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership;
- Proactive attitude, with willingness to learn and take initiative;
- Fast learner, with ability to adapt to a dynamic environment;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a multicultural team.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with expected conclusion at December, 2027 or after.
