HR Driver

MurtiMurti Group is a family‑run waste and environmental services company based in Karratha. We specialise in delivering practical, reliable waste and water solutions across the region.

We’re currently looking for a reliable and experienced Operator / Driver to join our growing team in Karratha. This role offers variety, local work (home every night), and the opportunity to be part of a company that’s grounded in community and driven by values.

Operator / Driver – Solid/Liquid Waste & Water Services

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating a range of trucks including: Skip bin & Hooklift trucks, Front lift trucks, Liquid waste trucks, Potable water trucks
• Performing pre‑start checks and basic vehicle maintenance
• Safely transporting and disposing of waste at approved facilities
• Following safety procedures and site requirements

What We’re Looking For

• HR licence (Heavy Rigid) – essential
• Experience in the waste industry – highly desirable
• Controlled Waste Licence – highly regarded
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
• Existing inductions to sites such as Rio Tinto, MSIC, Pilbara Ports, Toll – desirable
• A strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done safely and efficiently
