Job Overview:

This role focuses on talent acquisition, HR administration, local office management, and HRBP functions. As the sole HR & Admin representative in Brazil, you will report directly to our global HQ, driving end-to-end recruitment and ensuring smooth daily HR and administrative operations.

We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and hands‑on professional who can work independently to support our business growth, ensure local compliance, and foster a highly collaborative, cross‑cultural work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Independently manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including headcount planning, job posting, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding;
  • Partner closely with local hiring managers to understand business needs and design effective sourcing strategies to fill talent gaps timely;
  • Proactively build and maintain a local talent pipeline through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels;
  • Support local employer branding initiatives and recruitment events in Brazil.

2. HRBP & Employee Relations

  • Act as the HRBP for the local publishing team, aligning global HR policies with local practices and providing professional HR guidance;

3. HR Administration & Office Operations

  • Manage all HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files, contract management, onboarding/offboarding paperwork, and documentation;
  • Act as the primary point of contact to manage third‑party vendors for payroll coordination, time tracking, benefits administration, and tax compliance;
  • Oversee daily office administrative tasks (e.g., procurement of office supplies, facility management, vendor coordination, visitor reception) to ensure a well‑functioning office environment;
  • Ensure all HR and administrative operations strictly comply with Brazilian labor laws and local regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 2-5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in recruitment and HR operations. Prior experience working as a sole HR or managing a small office independently is highly preferred;
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and local employment compliance;
  • Proven recruitment experience with a willingness to handle daily administrative and hands‑on operational tasks;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (working language). Chinese is a plus;
  • Ability to self‑drive and multitask in a fast‑paced, agile, and flat multinational organization.
