Key Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities Assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures Ensure proper tagging, storage, and delivery of guest baggage Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries Coordinate with the front office and concierge for guest assistance Arrange transportation or assist with valet services when required Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Bachelors Degree Prior experience in hospitality is preferred Basic communication skills in English and local language Physically fit to handle luggage and stand for extended hours Well-groomed and presentable appearance Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays Key Skills Customer service orientation Good communication and interpersonal skills Teamwork and coordination Time management and attention to detail
