What You'll Do

As a Hourly Restaurant Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations while developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional food, outstanding service, and genuine Southern Hospitality.

Responsibilities include:

Recruit, train, coach, and develop Team Members.

Lead shifts while maintaining Bojangles' standards for food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Monitor labor, food cost, inventory, and profitability.

Build a positive culture where team members feel valued and respected.

Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.

Maintain food safety and operational excellence every day.

Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and energy.

What We're Looking For

Two or more years of restaurant management experience preferred.

Recent Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience preferred.

Experience managing labor, food cost, scheduling, and restaurant operations.

Breakfast and drive-thru leadership experience is a plus.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Positive attitude with a passion for serving people.

Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week.

Must be at least 18 years old.
