This role requires strong clinical judgment, independence, and prior home health or visiting nurse experience to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to home hospice patients Perform wound care, including management of wound vacs Provide central line care and IV administration Assess patient conditions and document care accurately Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to support patient needs Required Skills & Experience Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Home Health or Visiting Nurse experience (required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
