HLOP Driver - Immediate Starts

We are recruiting for HLOP Driver roles in Chesterfield. You will be working at a large distribution site handling products including alcohol, confectionery and appliances.

Requirements of an HLOP Driver:

• Previous MHE experience is desirable, including HLOP, VNA, reach or counterbalance equipment

• Comfortable working at heights of up to 10 metres while wearing a safety harness

• Must have access to their own transport due to limited public transport links

• Must pass a drugs and alcohol screening before induction

• A DBS check is required for employees working on the Amazon contract

Details of an HLOP Driver:

• Rate of Pay: £13.13 per hour for afternoon shifts, with overtime paid at time and a half at £19.69 after completing your scheduled shifts
• Hours of Work: 2pm-10pm or fixed night shifts, 10pm-6am
• Location: Chesterfield
• Duration: Ongoing with temp-to-perm opportunities
• Start Date: Immediate starts available

Role of an HLOP Driver:

• Operating a high-level order picker safely and efficiently

• Picking customer orders accurately at heights of up to 10 metres

• Wearing and correctly using a safety harness while working at height

• Handling products including alcohol, confectionery and appliances

• Moving stock safely around the warehouse

• Maintaining accuracy and performance standards monitored through the AutoStore system

• Following all health and safety procedures

• Keeping the warehouse and working area clean and organised
