Job Description NEW Histotech OR Histology Technician opening at a full service anatomic, clinical and molecular pathology laboratory located in beautiful coastal Georgia! This CAP accredited laboratory offers autopsy services, biopsy, cytopathology, dermatopathology, gastrointestinal pathology, hematopathology, oncology pathology and more. This laboratory is looking to hire a permanent and full time histotechnologist on a night shift (with some flexibility).
The histotechnologist/histotechnician will be responsible for performing both routine and complex histology including embedding, cutting, H&E and special stains. For consideration, applicants must have an ASCP Certification as a HT, HTL or QIHC. AS or BS Degree is preferred.
