On one side, the business creates emotional and customized hand casting products for babies, couples, families, and special life moments.
On the other, it trains aspiring entrepreneurs and creative individuals to learn hand casting and turn it into an income-generating business. This is not a generic product sale. You will be selling: emotional premium products creative skill-based training and a real business opportunity Because this is a niche industry, sales here require conviction, trust-building, education, and strong closing ability.
In this role You will: • Speak to warm leads daily (inbound + outbound) • Handle objections like a pro • Push conversations to decisions • CLOSE. CONSISTENTLY. Compensation Fixed: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 Realistic Earnings: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000/month with Commissions What You’ll Be Responsible For • Turning interested prospects into paying customers • Driving urgency and decision-making • Following up like your income depends on it (because it does) • Maintaining pipeline discipline on CRM • Constantly improving your pitch, tonality, and close rate Who We Want • 1-3 years hardcore sales experience • Fluent in English + Hindi • Strong in negotiation, persuasion & objection handling • Someone who can build trust fast and close faster • Emotionally intelligent - understands why people buy Instant Rejection If You • Have zero sales experience • Can’t confidently close on call • Avoid follow-ups • Sound unsure / lack conviction • Treat this like a “job” instead of a performance role • Don’t believe in what you’re selling
