Job Responsibilities Prepare and present financial analyses and reports to management, including monthly financial results, forecasts, and budget variance analyses.

Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and financial forecasts, working closely with various departments to gather and analyze data. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.

Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management. Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data. Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.

Increase productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements. Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or a professional certification such as CFA/CPA is a plus. A minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare and IT sectors.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent financial modeling skills and experience with financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budget, capital budgeting, long-term strategic planning, and resource allocation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) and familiarity with financial software.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy in calculations, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage large, complex projects, and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
