Role Overview We are seeking a Healthcare Editorial Review Analyst to evaluate and approve healthcare content across multiple clients and digital platforms.
This role is responsible for ensuring all content is accurate, compliant, audience-appropriate, and aligned with client positioning and signal-generation strategies before release. The ideal candidate will combine healthcare domain expertise with strong editorial judgment to maintain quality, mitigate risk, and enhance engagement outcomes. Key Responsibilities Review and validate healthcare content across formats, including social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), newsletters, articles, and video scripts Ensure alignment with client objectives, brand positioning, and growth-oriented communication strategies Apply healthcare-compliant editorial standards, ensuring accuracy, tone, and appropriateness for professional audiences Assess platform-specific effectiveness, audience relevance, and engagement potential Provide structured review decisions (approve, revise, reject) with clear, actionable feedback Identify and flag compliance risks, misinformation, or reputational concerns Manage concurrent reviews across multiple clients within a structured workflow system Ideal Candidate Profile Experience in healthcare communications, medical writing, clinical documentation, or regulated content review Strong editorial judgment, particularly for executive-facing or thought-leadership content Familiarity with multi-channel healthcare content formats and digital engagement dynamics Ability to manage high-volume, structured reviews across multiple stakeholders and timelines Preferred Qualifications Background in healthcare or life sciences (e.g., MPH, RN, PharmD, or equivalent) Experience supporting thought-leadership, brand positioning, or growth-focused healthcare messaging Exposure to provider, payer, healthtech, or life sciences environments
