We’re seeking experienced Construction Project Manager in Healthcare, Ground-Up, and tenant improvements. THE POSITION: These individuals must have demonstrated ownership of projects, not just participation We are particularly focused on candidates who have run work independently and understand schedule, cost, quality, and subcontractor management KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Structural, Civil, or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience At least 5+ years of healthcare commercial construction experience is strongly preferred; commercial construction experience is required Ground-up, Industrial, and Tenant improvement experience is ideal Local Austin experience is a plus ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Location: This role is in Austin with travel to client offices, job sites, company meetings, or events Compensation: This is a full-time, benefited position We are an equal-opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
