Lead a dedicated team and shape the future of health and wellbeing at Thornbury Active Lifestyle Centre. Responsibilities Recruit, train and manage Health & Wellbeing staff including appraisals and development planning Coordinate aerobics programming and oversee group exercise delivery Maintain service standards by directing Health & Wellbeing Advisors and Group Exercise Instructors Develop adult wellbeing activities and strengthen the Active Health & Wellbeing Brand Create systems that drive continuous improvement and ensure quality service delivery Ensure all policies, procedures and regulations are followed Qualifications NVQ Level 2 Fitness Qualification or equivalent Experience working in health and wellness environments Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation Excellent customer care and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
